How do I return an item?

All Sales are FINAL. A credit will be issued ONLY for defective merchandise in original packaging.
  • No item can be returned without pre-authorization & copy of invoice.
  • Any merchandise returned without authorization will NOT be accepted.
  • All claims must be within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • A 25 % restocking fee for any canceled order.
  • Any merchandise listed as clearance or marked for sale are not returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees (orders/returns).
